I have this stomach ache in my lower left side of my stomach. It hurt soo bad that i can't move. Its like a cramp but 10 times worse! What should i do?

Ahh, I've had this before. I'm pretty sure it's gas--yes, gross, but it's happened to everyone. I had the biggest pain in my lower left side and it hurt so bad when I tried to sleep, walk, sit, stand, etc. Try sleeping on your left side and heat packs may help relieve the pain for a short while but it comes back. At first I thought I could have appendicitus but ur appendix is in the lower right side so, nothing to worry about. Mainly if it is gas, the spot should hurt when you press on it and it should feel somewhat like a cramp only worse. But if the pain doesn't go away in about 3-5 days, you might need to see a doctor but other than that, no worries.
