I am in cheerleading and we have a competetion in a few months (like 3) Im not sure how to get into shape quickly. Like I weigh 150 lbs and im trying to get down to 140 or 135. I used to weigh 114 and I got sent to a program and I came out 160. Ive lost 10 lbs in a month in 1/2 but it wasnt on purpose! (link)

ok i think you should get up ever morning and put like cheerleading shorts on and a comfortable shirt and cheer. shoes and jog or seedwalk @ times for about 30 min. at the most dont do it in the middle of the day cuz it may get terribly hot and you will most likely pass out.i am also a cheerleader and i know how you feel.if you dont want to jog in the morning then get signed up with a gym and go there everyday for about 1 1/2 hrs. or 2 and do like the treadmill and things from your waist down!hope i have helped you.Amber:)
