Alright At work i am a cashier & photo tech & i clean the store. Usually its just me and a manager. The manager is off doing something and im at the front of the store working my ass off. Well tomorrow Its This girl and Me. Shes from 8-4 && im from 10-6. When i come on the clock this girl goes your here so i can get off register. And of course she does. Im always on register evey time i work with her. Last week she took a vacation to go on a trip. ( she didnt deserve and she demanded the days off ) She came back on wednesday and she has done nothing but bitch. I asked the manager if i can work on the floor tomorrow while the other girl works register. And the manager said you need to put into consideration that she comes on two hours before you. Its not fair. Im always on the damn register. When i ask this girl to help me out she tells me that shes hire authority then me and i have to do whatever she says. Shes not we are all hired for the same damn things. Im tired of her. And also she got a promotion of head cashier. Even tho she doesnt deserve it at all shes taking it.
I have talked to every manager in the store. So dont tell me to talk. Every manager knows i hate working with her.
What else can i do. Shes the biggest waste of life at work && she deserves to be fired.
Me quitting is not a choice either.

my sister worked retail with similar people. it sux. if i were you i would freeze her out if shes a bitch to you, be a bitch back. dont let her stomp all over you anymore! she may get there 2 hours earlier than you but you have to stay 2 hours later than her. i would try talking to her but if she doesnt respond to that then well, sometimes drastic measures are necessary. next time she pulls this authority thing on you tell her that she has no authority over you and yall are equals, dont let her beat you! good luck!
