Hey. I can only truly know one person in my life. and thats me. But beleive me i will do everything i can to put my self in your position and give you the best advice i can. Ive been though 2 parental divorces, moving halfway across the country, family deaths, and i was even abused by my mother quite harshly, but now i no longer live with her. Ive expeirience quite alot though out my 16 years. So theres alot i can realte to in some way or another.

(its kind of long...sorry)
I met this guy in like, February. Freaking awesome. He was totally hitting on me and he was always smiling. We hooked up that night. I gave him my number, just to see if he would call me. 2 weeks later he did. He said he enjoyed his time with me and wanted to hand out again. We tried to get together for 4 months, but nothing worked. I won't get into detail on that. Everytime I talk to him, he ALWAYS makes me smile and feel wonderful about myself. He said he appreciates it when I call and when I talk to him. He said he doesn't care what other people think. He said that he really likes me and wanted to be more than friends. Well we became more than friends. Ever since then I've been feeling like I love him, not like him. I mean like really love him. My horoscopes make perfect sense, my intuition is leading me in the right direction, and I've been oh so happy. I told him that he makes me feel like I'm worth something and he said, "You deffinately are." He helped me get through a tough time, and he helped me stop cutting. I helped him stop smoking...for a while, and he's just perfect for me. I just don't know how to tell him I want to date him. plus, my dad doesn't like this at all, and i want him to understand. Follow those instincts you have. Dont let this go. if hes really as great as you say, then go for it. take it from me, when you have somting special, take it. or youll regret it. Call him one day and tell him your ready to take your relation ship up a notch. You want to start dating. call him say "ive been thinking letly, and your really awsome, maybe we could takes our relation ship further?" or somthing along those lines. And as far as your dad, hes just being a dad. NOt many fathers like the idea of his baby girl dating some boy. If your really love this boy, go for , despite what your dad thinks. Deep down, dad wants you to be happy. So he'll learn to accept it. Hes just looking out for you.
