Hey, in a few days I am going to Oregon and will be staying in the Portland area for a week. Then I'm going to San Francisco for a week. I was wondering if anyone knows of some interesting things to do in those areas. Like, not the typical tourist stuff. Do they have any music fectivals or concerts? And where are the best places to shop.
By the way, I'm a 15 year old girl if that helps.

Check out slims @ http://www.slims-sf.com/, the fillmore http://www.livenation.com/venue/getVenue/venueId/1259, and although it is a touristy thing Fisherman's Wharf is fun.
(all of these are SF things, btw)
