I'm Kelli...if you ask me advise, you will get an honest answer, maybe some of you won't like it, but that's just my style. I don't sugar coat things to make it easier to swallow, I give it like I see it. That being said, I am actually a sweet person but I have my own opinion!

I have been through some tough times in my life so I really do know what I am talking about. Yeah, and I hate writing these things because I never know what to say!!!!

what is the minimum time i need to wear my retainer? i've had my braces off for a few months. my retainer is so uncomfortable :( is a couple of hours a day good enough?

you really should wear it as long as your Ortho said you should, so if he said 24/7 wear it at all times excpet for when yo uare eatting, if he said nighttime-wear it while you sleep, daytime- all day except for when you eat. I know they can be uncomfortable, but trust me, your mouth will get used to it! And if you don't wear your retainer as persribed, all that time you had braces would do nothing about your teeth would start to revert to what they were like before.. I hope I helped!
