Hey guys! It's summer for me right now and I've been going to the pool a lot lately. All the girls my age like run around and flirt with guys and stuff, and believe me, I'm all for that but I always feel so uncomfertable in a bathing suit. I mean, I don't think I'm fat or anything, but like my stomach is really hairy and I have to shave it (Is that normal?) and like the back of my neck is really harry, too. I can never run around in my bathing suit because it like rides up and then like half of my vagina is showing (I'm exaggerating a bit there.) But what should I do?! Please don't tell me to get a wax because i already wax my eyebrows and upper lip and i haatteee it! (link)

No body is perfect so don't be concerned that yours isn't like the other girls becasue chances are that they have several things that they would change and things that they hope nobody will notice. You can wear swim trunks with a bikini top to give guys the girly and sporty vibe. You can also buy short board shorts (which work great in the water) to put over the bottom of your suit. Bikinis aren't your only option though. They make tankinis that are CUTE and not like for grandmas or little girls. They also have one pieces that aren't like speedos. TThey have glam ones that can have sexy cutouts in appropriate places. Pac sun is a great store to buy sporty and girly things. These suits are different than your "average" bikinis. Those are just a couple ideas but remember no matter what suit you are wearing or what you are self concious about, be confident in yourself and in your looks and that will shine through and you will look grogeous no matter what.
A Tankini is a bathing suit that is in between a bikini and a one piece. It has two seperate pieces but instead of one ending right below your breasts, a tankini ends above your belly button (or around there). THe bottoms oraverage bikini bottoms or boyshorts.
