13 f weight: last time i checked i was around 125-130 ...... okay well im not fat but im not like really skinny either.. i hate my body though, i really really dont like my thighs because i think theyre huge and i told my friend and shes like no mine are huge, and shes like SOO much smaller than me and so that makess me feel even worse about them! i eat so much and try hard not to, what will help make me stop eating so much? helpp, ill rate 5s for good answers (link)
i understand where you are coming from-- there is nothing worse than have super skinny people saying that they are fat.
Good ways to stop eating junk food is to get it out of the house, also you should find alternitives, like get frozen fruit icepops instead of really sugary ones, or get baked potatoe chips instead of ones with a lot of salt, drink diet soda instead of regular, eat cornflakes for breakfast instead of frosted flakes. You can find alternatives for almost anything and they really help!
