Ok well I have a friend who is 12 and she wants me to ask a question on here. (Not old enough to register yet.) Well she wants a BF and she wants to know if she is old enough to have one. Answers? _(link)

Ok well you can tell your friend that it is alright for her to date but not to go farther than a kiss i mean really she is 12 so tell her go for it!!!!
