Q: I want to have a sweet sixteen, but I can't have anything too big because I already had a bat mitzvah. Does anybody have any good, not extrememly expensive ideas for a cute sweet sixteen party? Also, I want some good themes as well.

Instead of an expensive cake you could make cupcake at home which would be just as good. Plus it's a more personal touch to make it yourself. You can always go to the dollar store to find alot of decorations for your party. As for themes...it depends on you and what you enjoy. If you enjoy make-up perhaps you can have a makeover themed party unless your having boys there too and then they may not enjoy that too much. :-) A Luau theme seems like it could be kinda fun. You could also do a hollywood themed party as well.
