hey since i started going throw puberty my left niple has gotten really sesetive only the left one and i dnno if its normal or not please help!

This is completely normal, both for males and females. During puberty your body begins producing 3 different hormones in large quantities. These hormones make your body grow hair, grow taller, prepare for reproduction etc. your issue with the sensitive nipple is simply a side effect of this and will fade with time.
