mk well i have really thick shoulder length hair that i straighten almost everyday, but since its so bad for your hair im trying to get ideas of how to make it straight withough straightening it! when i dont straighten it its poofy and wavy and uglyyyyy so i would really prefer it straight..any ideas of how? please and thanks youu (link)
Try getting it permanently straightened at a salon. That may help.

For frizz, get mousse or straightening gel. John Frieda's Frizz-ease is the best, but is kinda expensive.

But maybe try the opposite route! Instead of waves, go for curls, full on spirals and ringlets. Get some scrunching gel or curl activators and then twist the hair around your finger or just scrunch it. You'll have nice, frizz-free curls.
