what are some advantages of using a tampon? and after you get your period, when should you use them?? thanks ill rate (link)

if you use them correctly .. they are much more comfortable than pads. once you get used to using them you cant even feel it at all.. when you know your period is coming you just wear liners a couple of days ahead of time.. and then once you get your period you use a tampon. You'll still have to wear pads when you go to bed.. because you cant keep a tampon in for more than 8 hours or your at risk for toxic shock syndrom.
