what do i do about this teacher he looks down my shirt all the time everyone see's him doing it i can't change the way i dress cause i wear v neckes and thats i i like but i'll wear i jacket in his class and when i bend down to pick up my pencil he looks what do i do help me plez (link)

first of alldoes this happen everyday? if so report him to a trusted adult in your school maybe the principal...does he do this to your other classmates? you guys have to make a stand hopefully he will stop if he gets writeen up or something, if the school does nothing tell your parents or a trusted adult they could help!
