Well one sign of depression is you want to sleep a lot. You also can lose interest in things you like to do. Another way you can tell you have depression is if you lose your appearance. You might not care about how you look like anymore. Sometimes this may vary but some people lose weight and others might gain it. Some people tend to withdraw from their normal routine.
