there's this boy that lives like two houses down from me and he's like sooooooooooo cute. he's 19 and i'm 15 and i really like him but i don't know if he likes me. he's always staring and smiling at me like he as something to say but never says it. should i go up to him and ask him does he like me or should i just wait and see what happens?

im in the same situation im 15 and hes 19 and hes my next door neighbor and he is so cute and funny. anyways i decided to be agressive and talk to him one day and we became good friends, you know what it led to? we made out once kissed a couple times we hang out every night and make out some more and i have his number he has mine we text its great you should start talking to this guy!
