I'm 4"10 very petite but I have 34D boobs. They dnt look as big as they sound but they sure feel like it. I hate them! They hurt me sooo much. My back has been hurting a lot lately and I just don't know what to do about them. My mom doesn't want me to get breast reduction because even though its done at my age she says that it hurts and they've gotten smaller. But they havnt any suggestions? (link)

You don't need a reduction, what you need is a good bra. If the bra fits right, it should support you. Ask your mom to take you to a specialist store, where they can properly fit you, and get you the perfect bra. It makes a big difference. ^^
And I feel your pain. Literally. I'm a size 38D.
