I am in desperate need of some advice. My girlfriend, I am so worried about her. She is always saying how fat she is, and she is not. But I know every girl says that, but she is going to the extrememe and it is stressing her out so much. She is trying to become anorexic again, and I just don't know what to do to help her realize that she is the most beautiful girl to walk this planet, and that she is not fat...I tell her that every single day...and she still is like this...I am so worried, please some advice on something I can do to help her understand that she is beautiful..
Oh and I forgot a lot of this came from her dad calling her fat when she was little... (link)

ok al of this means that she doesent beleive in her self....i was like that and everybody says to me ur body is really nice but in my mind i knew it wasnt nice so iused to think how people think of me so when i walk everybody is like woww youre beautifull soo put this word in my mind.......who is she wanting to be skiniyer for???offcourse for the people she has to know that no matter how ugly u look from the inside she's pretty from the inside....you have to not tell her that you look nice let her do whatever she wants and when she realizes that shes gone too skiny shell start eating...
