What is something i can do to calm down. I am so worked up about everything all i can do is cry. Is there something else i can do besides cry?

When im mad or angry, i go to my room and listen to music. Another thing that works extrememly well for me and my other friends are to write what your feeling down. I know it may sound like old fashion, but it really works! "catharsis" its the best way to get your feelings out. On paper! Trust me it will work you will feel alot better! But make sure that you write your exact feelings down as if nobody was going to read it. And if you want nobody has to read it. Hope i helped!
