Hey guys! My name is Chelsea and I'm 19 years old. I'm a full-time college student at St. Edwards University as a Journalism and Communications major. My goal is to start a new magazine someday. I really enjoy fashion and writing. I'm a vegetarian and I absolutely LOVE all kinds of music! My boyfriend and I are about to celerate our 3 year anniversary and we've truly been through it all together! Oh, and I love giving and receiving advice (it's always good to have an outside opinion), which is why I joined this site!! Well, I guess that's a good general overview of me! Hope to hear from you soon!!

My GPA is a 4.1 something, and I am very proud. But this semester, I'm taking an AP class and it's extremely difficult. I don't know if I can even pass and I'm getting worried. Please answer the following questions:
1) Is getting a D bad?
2) Is failing one class bad?
I know that I'm not aiming for a D nor an F, but I'm just wondering. Please don't be mean or discouraging, yet be honest, too...=(

I was in the same situation as you during my junior year. I failed one semester of AP Physics and was scared that it would ruin my chances of getting into college. Though it brought my GPA down slightly, I still got into a lot of colleges. As long as you don't make a habit of it, I say it's not a huge deal. Hope I could help.
