about
Greetings,I'm here and will attempt to answer questions that relate to either your SPIRITUALITY or your HEALTH. I consider myself to be a very spiritual human being, not religious as I don't follow an organized religion's dogma.
My heart is my good book and I attempt to live life from that point of view. I have lived long enough to have gained some wisdom and feel I could have something worthwhile to share.
I've used herbs and natural supplements and followed a healthy lifestyle since the early 90's, in fact it was herbs and herbal supplements and some lifestyle changes that saved my life.
As there have been some pretty wonderful people that have helped me along my life's journey, it's simply my turn to give back and if I can help someone here, I'm glad to do that. Hope to hear from you with your questions and if I help just one other person during my experience here, it will have been worth it. Have a very Happy&Health new year everyone, you all deserve it!

ok well i'm 13/f and i just found like a bald spot on my head! i mean i have hair that covers it up... but there's like a quarter sized bald spot when i lift my hair up... what could be the cause of this and is there anything i can do? this is so embarassing and weird! please help- i rate
Well, the first thought would be that you have a scar there and the hair isn't going to return to that effected area. Then I'd ask if the skin there itches or you have any discomfort? If so, possibly it might be a ringworm and you'd want to follow up on that. If not, then ask yourself if you have such spots any place else on your body? If not, have an adult look at it. If it's not a scar, if it doesn't itch, burn, get scaley, then it's probably not a ringworm, then perhaps it's just a quirk of nature and you won't have hair there ever...... but do have an adult look it over and don't fret and fuss too many about it if indeed it's not a ringworm or effects you in any other physical way.... or you'll cause some other condition to occur because you're worrying about it too much. It sounds like it doesn't show, so most others won't know it's even there.
