Ive been having a real problem latley. The last week I have gotten NO sleep. Its not that i stay up late or anything. I usually get ready for bed (meaning off the phone) at like 11. Then I'll just sit there for 3 hrs. Ive taken PMs but it still doesnt help. Someone PLEASE what can i do to get to sleep!! Its leaving me w/ migrains in the morning! (link)

this same exact thing happened to me for a month straight. well what i did for awhile was i had sleepy time tea for a hile but that didnt rly help. but then after a while i would stay up late just watching tv in my room then put it on timer for 2 hours and the following day i would be so tired i would fall right asleep. and now im able to sleep whenever.

thank you! I hope it does too. I always sleep w/ my tv on lol and then when a show comes on i love i just can't miss it!
