My name is sarah im 13 and have 2bothers and 4sisters 3 are older than me so I know what its like to be 19, 16 and 14. Lets face it I have probally have ben through alot! so you can trust me to give great advice.I have benn through alot of hard times in my life that alot of people might have I know im very blessed and some people might think im really lucky and others might not think the same way. I can help anyone with tenn crushes, sports , school and other things. You name it I can help you dont be shy to tell me embarrisng things that might of happend to you I can help you fix them. Im not saying everything I say is going to perfect Im just giving you the best advice I can and if you want to say something mean to me I dont care just be perpared that im going to say something back I respect everything you say so just go out and say it. I stick to my word no matter what so if I say that I was going to give anyone a 5 than I will even if you say somthing men or lets face it really bad advice. I dont mean to hurt your feelings I just saying the facts.

My friend got this brand new exercise machine (ab lounge?) and said she would be skinny by valentines day! I adore my friend and all, but I want to be skinner than her (selfish, but I want to be better at her in something!) My whole boddy is flab, so what is a way I can get skinny by v-day too? And how can I stick to whatever this is (btw I'm not extremely overweights, twenty pounds max, spread throughout body so its like five extra pounds everywhere). I'd love your help!! Thank you!!! well im trying to get on a diet just look at servings of the food and see like chips look at the serving and it might say 12 chips and when u go to school make your own lunch make a healthy sandwhitch only 1/2 of it though. Oh and EXCERCISEdo push ups like 50 of them then do 50 sit ups at first you will be sore but do it untill v-day and you will look greater than you did before. Just to tell you that ive been doing it scence summer and I was a little bit on the heavy side and now I look better than before.Oh ya do SPORTS I did cross country and that helped a lot and now in the spring im going to do track so look at that.
I hoped I have helped tell me if its working out!
P.S dont tell your friend about the servings you will look beter than her in no time!lol
