I hurt my back two days ago, not by any sudden movement. I was just sitting there, and my spine flipped out. Yes, it hurt very baddly. Question is, how long should I wait until I begin weight lifting again? The weights are not much; no more than 10 pounds. Heck, less than 5 pounds, to be honest. It doesn't really hurt anymore, but I think I can tell that it's not back to normal. Should I still give it a few days, or would some stretching assist in the healing process? (link)

stretching would probably be a good idea but dont do to much cause it may hurt n you dont want to make it hurt even more. try putting a heating pad on your back, that helps or take some tylenol that also will help but when you stretch juss do the ones like touchin your toes but dont go all the way down whre it would hurt just enough so you can feel it or till it helps. just take it easy n lay down
