I have a few questions, here. Thanks in advance!

I've tried eating fruits for a meal (Like apples), but minutes later, I'm hungry again! This doesn't make sense to me. Why does this happen?

Also, I don't like many veggies. Are there any vegetables that actually TASTE GOOD? I can't stand broccoli.

Last question! If you want to lose weight, is it REQUIRED to decrease the intake of carbs? I'm a very picky eater, and most of the food I eat has carbs.

-Maybe instead of just an apple, you could have a little fruitbowl instead. Their awesomeo

-for veggies try: potatoes, corn, and then theres carrots with ranch dressing :) thats really good but with cold carrots and maybe a reduced fat/calorie dressing though.

-The whole carb thing is so overrated :) aha. Carbs give you energy, it really just matters about your portions. Do not eat large amounts at a time or amounts of really unhealthy food like cookies, yes i know very tragic indeed.

-I would also suggest you drinking lots of water, or to help with the energy maybe gatorade or powerade. which ever you prefer.
