This is so cute! I don't really know what your girlfriend likes, but you could get her some jewelry, any cd's she might want, any movies she likes, you could write her a letter telling her how much she means to you and how glad you are to be with her, you could write her a poem if you like writing those but I'm sure you don't, you could get her a stuffed animal, some clothes, flowers, bake her some cookies, give her a picture of yourself and write a little note to her on the back, or you could use a picture of you guys together if you have one with both of you in it. You could also buy her some video games if she likes those. In my opinion, you should definitely make her a christmas card if you can draw good. She'd love that since you'd be making it yourself, because she would know it came from the heart. Draw her some cute pictures! I hope I helped you out hun! Good luck.
