okay this friday i'm going to hangout with this boy, lets call him charlie. I want to become FWBs(friends with beninfits) but i dont know how to make the 1st move or get him to make one. any suggestions? ill be in a hot tub and walking around with some other people (i rate high)

Were something cute! make him Pant! lol well just do that and like sit next to him and ruffle his hair and smile and laugh alot! and touch his hand if he grab's it hold it. If he pulls away be like "O sorry" it always works for me! well I hope I helped!
