does anyonw know where i can get punk/pop rock music? like along the lines of fall out boy, the juliana theory, panic! at the disco, etc.?

You might be able to find some at http://emp3world.com - I've had some bad experiences with broken links lately but I wasn't searching for the same bands as you. Hopefully you should be able to find some there.
