how do you insert a tampon? i've tried countless times, and i just cannot do it. is there anything i could use to get it up there like vaseline or something? thanks

When you buy tampons, there should be a little folded piece of paper inside the box. It will explain exactly how to do it =)

But if the type you buy doesn't come with it (which it should), then these should help::
