i dont get this well i never take in more then 2000 callories a day more like 1000-1500 but like im putting on weight!!! the only way i lose any is if i dont eat for a day or i have no breakfast no lunch and like a salad for dinner which i have sometimes! but i dont get it.
i did lose about half a stone last year im 51.6kg and 5'2 btw im almost 15 if that helps x x x (link)

yes, it does add up. you may only take 2000 calories or less, but to loose or keep your weight you have to exercise!! eating only a salad isnt bad as long as you drink LOTS of water throughout the day. so if you want to loose your weight, you can eat regular, but you have to exercise. hope i helped

i do exacise u lot must not think i do lol i walk 2 miles to school 2 miles back i walk at least 2 miles while at school i go jogging after school and cycling on the weekends! x x
