Depends if you just like him a little bit then you would tell him on the phone. The reason being because it is not that important it is just a little crush. But if you really like him I think you should tell him in person because cause its more mature and more serious. Also you should tell him how you feel, not what anyone else tells you what to say. i told him today in a note..and then he told my best friend (who is a guy and very close with him) that he is going to ask me out. ugh..he waited for me by my locker but i didn't go because i already had all my stuff. i'm so happy!! thanks.
