advice

On august 13th I got an industrial on my right ear and i didnt and cant soak it in sea salt solution for the recommended 5 minutes a day because i didnt/dont have time, so i am developing keloids. i have a raised pink one right on the top 1st hole, and im getting on on the other side(bottom) of the 1st hole. Now on the second hole, right in the middle of the two is a lump. its sort of coming out of the bottom part of the second hole (if you really know pericings, youll know what im talking about). Now i went back to the place i got it done and they told me to soak it 4-6 times a day, and i dont have time for that. Now i was reading something about this, and someone said something about crushing up aspirin and mixing it with water, and putting it on the keloids? If anyone knows anything that is like that, please tell me what is it. I need something that will make them go away(the keloids), and isnt time consuming, because i dont really have time for much things anymore =\. thank you guys soo much i really hate these.

To be honest, you should try to make time for it, even if it is for a minute. Don't crush any aspirin and mix it with water. It is totally useless. Make sure to take care of your piercings and listen to the piercer's instructions. They are not just there to puncture your skin and if you can't spare the time for your piercings, don't get them. Why put your body through the torture of the possibility of Toxic Shock Syndrome? It is possible when piercings become infected.

Oh, and keloids are usually genetic. Chances are, you have a family history of them, so they will usually happen when you get piercings.

Keloids can be removed by freezing or surgery, therefore you would have to go a doctor and get a referral for a specialist.

My first suggestion would be a visit to your doctor. Make sure it is not a hypertrophic scar because some people mistake them for keloids.
