Since this comes up so often, let's make this very clear: You can not pick and choose where you want to lose fat. Exercising your abs will make your abs strong - but losing tummy fat is dependent on your body fat percentage and genetics.

whats the difference between the nvidia 7800 GT graphics card and the 7800 GTX? i currently have a 6800 (not an ultra, or gt) and I want it to be a worthwile upgrade. which should I buy? (link)

An extra wad of cash and maybe some extra heat. Nobody needs the high-end ubernew video cards. In two years they'll be spare parts to whatever's current; I prefer buying behind the curve. I'd say stick with your 6800. Hell, I have a 6600 and I'm content.
