i am 14 im about 5'4 or 5'5 i weigh 135 pounds. i am very muscular with muscular legs and arms. I am gaining weight and its going right to my stomache.. i know i am eating poorly but i am excersizing daily b/c i am in athletics currently involved in volleyball. I will be in off season soon for basketball so i will lose acouple pounds off of that. I really want to lose weight! Any ideas to get my mind off of junk food and start losing weight >>FAST (link)

What you can do is just put your mind on the television watching a favorite program you like,get rid of the junk food before you may probably can't resist getting your hands on it.You could go outside,practice with a couple of friends playing basketball or handball or other sports that get you going into action.Or rent some movies or do some workout,at the same time hear some music.Or you could some studying or do some crossword puzzles or buy some magazines but it doesn't really have to be these exactly things I'm just giving you some good examples of things that sets your mind a lot so you would be really focused on that and not on the junk food.Which by the way helps to set your mind about other things as well.Run daily for at least fourty five
minutes.Eat several fruits,vegetables,eat every three hours,for a meal eat half of a plate,and a small amount of meat but try staying away form foods that are red meat or greasy foods and drink at least eight cups of water daily as well.Good luck!
