So lets cut to the chase, I'm only here becuase a friend reffered me and I have a knack of giving advice. I'm very blunt and in no way am I going to paint some pretty picture and tell you things that you want to hear.

i am 14 im about 5'4 or 5'5 i weigh 135 pounds. i am very muscular with muscular legs and arms. I am gaining weight and its going right to my stomache.. i know i am eating poorly but i am excersizing daily b/c i am in athletics currently involved in volleyball. I will be in off season soon for basketball so i will lose acouple pounds off of that. I really want to lose weight! Any ideas to get my mind off of junk food and start losing weight >>FAST (link)

Nothing compares to the goodness of junkfood, it's an addiction and it's hard to get your mind off of. Substituting carrots might help, find a really good healthy snack! Like.. granny smith apples with a little bit of carmel. Granny smith's have something that help burn fat.
Or eat just a little bit of junk food at a time. Try to train yourself to eat smaller portions if you can't totally ween yourself from chocolatly goodness.
Get rid of soda completely from your diet! All I did was cut out soda from my diet and lost 5lbs in two weeks.
Instead of having anything fried, get it baked. It'll help =D
Don't burn yourself out with all that exercise, you'll regret it. Just exercise normally, or give yourself just a LITTLE extra push.
