Ok 4 about 2 weeks I have been loosing alot of weight! I mean like I have lost 7 or 8lbs in that time period. What I have been doing is not eating ANYTHING from 7:00am to 3:30pm and I have pratacly been starving my self. When I think of Food I get so hungray. But I don't feel like eating. I weighted 220lbs and now I weigh about 212. Is this healthy. I eat when I get home. No Smartasses please. Thanxs (link)

Well that is not healthy! You know what? I heard that starving yourself just like all comes back to you and makes u even fatter! but i dont no is that is true! but please dont do that to your body!!My friend is going through the same thing but she didnt starve herself! what she did was She looked on the back of everything she ate and looked at the calories, and she would only allow herself to eat a certain amount of calories each day and she has lost about 25 lbs. NO LIE!! u should try!
