If you were to enlist in the part time Army, would you enlist in the Army Reserve or Army National Guard and why? (link)

I wouldn't. The US needs troops. Well, no, they don't, but Georgie is gonna send you anyway. Part-time will become full-time, three months will become nine. Your psyche will be metaphorically raped, you'll be in therapy trying to undo the damage from watching people you know being blown up and wounded. Either you'll be killed, be dirt poor from all the therapy bills, or the post-traumatic-stress-disorder will become severe depression and you'll blow your own head off.
