well about a week ago i used facial bleach to give myself highlights. anyway, the hair i highlighted gets lighter and lighter as time goes on...is this supposed to happen? i thought it stayed the color you got after you did it. any explanations? thanks!

Well first of all, all hair dyes eventually start to fade. And second of all, you used facial bleach. See where I'm going with this?
