okay...this guy told me that i had sex appeal today and i dont know if i should have taken it as a compliment or an insult.
so could someone tell me what sex appeal is and if its a compliment or and insult.

what he means by sex appeal is that he thinks that you're hott and sexy. you're just 13, and you shouldn't be call that just yet. So this guy is most likely just really immature. so try not to worry about. Trust me, That EXACT same thing happened to me with i was just a year older than you u couple of years ago. You shouldn't be told that you have sex appeal until you're like 19 or older. its not an insult, but its not really a compliment either. In a simple way of stating it, he wants to have sex with you because you're pretty.
