Ok well i am overweight i guess you could say. for the past couple days i have been doing crunches and pushups at nights, and i have been eating mostly liek low fat non-flavord yogurt and stuff like that. I am also in cheerleading and i have practices 2 times a week. i will soon be starting v-ball...how long do you think results will come to being skinnier?? (link)

It depends on how "overweight" you are to begin with. Very overweight people will lose weight much more quickly than people who are only just a bit over what they should be. But it sounds like you are doing all the right things - just remember to not be hard on yourself if you don't notice a massive difference overnight. Don't get disheartened. Sometimes because you see yourself every day you convince yourself that nothing's changing. But when you see someone who you haven't seen for a while and they ask - "have you lost weight?" - you'll know there's been a change! Good luck!
