Q: I am 15 my bf is 16. I know he doesn't have a lot of money and I was wondering, do you think it is OK if I offer to pay sometimes? I don't want to hurt his feelings or make him mad. Should I ask him about it?

I dont see the big deal in a girl paying. For guys its a pride thing. If they dont have enough money to pay for their girl they feel t hat they are letting them down or something because its their job. Talk to him about it and see how he feels, just say that you dont want him using his money and its alright you can pay sometimes, no big deal.
