Marshall Fields, Nemain Marcus, Little Boutiques in your area (sorry I don't know where you live!), um..Carsons- I couldn't find any dresses one year in a bunch of stores so my mom said tha Carson's had dresses so we looked in there and I got a really cute strapless black dress from RAMPAGE on sale for like $8!!
