No. Alot of people dont make out until their like 16.Dont worry you need to make out when your ready too. Its not going to be that bad. Just go up to her and ask her out. You will feel much better. I promise. If she says no then it just wasnt ment to be.But think about it this way you two could on in life forever liking each other and not even knowing it.And . . . . . you will know when its the right time to kiss her.
