If you want to look preppy, try wearing BRIGHT colors. Like a blouse inside and sweater outside and you hsow the colar and cuffs. Those are very nice. And wear skirts that have bright nice colors on them. Hair clips are very pretty and preppy with little bunnies and flowers on them. The store is probably: Urban Outfitters, American Eagle (maybe), Hollister, Clairs (for hair and products), and if you're pretty young and a teenager, try Limited Too stores. Hope this helps.
