what are the signs of being pregnat .. im 15 and i havent had my period for almost a month im worried.. but what are the signs .. cause im too nervous to take a test.... please help .. i will rate high.. if your helpful _(link)

Just take the test, I would rather you take it now and get help like prenatal care or wait later and something happens to the lil fetus, please take the test.
