Some signs of him liking you are flirting, being shy, sometimes picking on you, wanting to spend more time with you and more. Hang out with him more and get closer. Make sure your relationship doesn't turn into a brother and sister bond. I wouldn't ask him if he likes you or asking him out yet because it might be too fast. Dont rush things, but when you think he shows most of the signs then ask him. Remember does listen to what some of your friends say because they could be trying to trick you so its better to hear it yourself or see it yourself. Hope this helps!
