what age do most teens have sex? and how do you know when,where, and how to do it? also how do you know that your partner would like to do it too?

Well, I don't know about the "when where and how" but teenagers of all ages have sex. Sex should be based off of true love. If you really care for this person, you realize the consiquences, and you are mentally prepared, then you should be fine. I hope I helped a little.
