Q: I am 14/f and i am 5'6'' and i weigh around 160 lb
(my scale isnt accurate...)
but people ALWAYS mistake me for around 140 pound
and i know i am fat...ohh harsh me.. i mea overweight. but i do try to lose weight.
i exercise regularly. every monday wednesday and friday (it was on health magz that its not good for you if you exercise everyday when you get older) anyways so i lost 10 pounds around already yes i know i was even fat loser then.

and i dont eat alot, although i snack sometime like eating desert like little bit of ice cream but not a lot.

so what is normal for my height and weight and my age? and how can i get my self to stay exercising?
because during those times i been quiting in and out and technically i only exercised for a month
or 2. so its pretty good losing 10 lb in those month because i dont want saggy skin...talk about ew. no offense... to people who do have those ...

anyways and i am thick in the leg. and arm... and i cant do lifting dumbels anymore because i kinda got hurt from that...

so how do i get my legs to be slender?

and keep on track and any tips on losing weight faster?

please i need help ! i havent had a boyfriend ever! i know people say its not about what's on the outside becaue then its not true love or stuff but i really want a boyfriend and i WANT to look good for him (well future bf ) and i want to feel better about my self...

oh honney! i feel for you! ok, so i'll start with this, you want your body mass to be around 18-23. that would be healthy ( to find you body mass multiply your weight by 704.5 then devide it by you height in inches and then devide it by your height in inches again. you should get your body mass) ok.
it is fine to induldge sometimes, and keep a regular eating scedual. and ALWAYS have breakfast, no matter what!
to keep exercising just picture that guy you want and how you want to look good for him. it is easy to get down on youself and tell yourslef its no use, but every little thing counts. and extra run up and down the stairs a day, just anything!
i am so happpy you have lost 10 pounds already; that is great! now you know how great it feels to loose weight and you should be even more determinded to loose even mnore!
about the saggy skin, dont worry about it, i only know of one case that the man was left with saggy skin, but that was after he lost like 200 pounds in a year.
try long walks uphill. always uphill because it thinns your calfs and tightens up you booty! to get your thighs thinner try leg lifts. You have no idea how amazing crunches are. they help flatten your stomach sooooo much!

now about a guy. dont let your weight hold you back. really, guys might notice if your a bit big, but sometimes they like a little junk in the trunk. and dont be fooled by thinking guys only go in looks, they care for the personality. although it is true they will only approach a hot skinny girl, but if you approach them and just be nice, you'll be making frinds in no time, and maybe more than friends....
