Hey guys.. My little cousin is turning 16 in January and we really want to help her throw a party, or throw one for her. For my 16th birthday my twin & i just had like a big cookout in out backyard because its in June and its nice. But for January we dont know what to do. Ideas or birthday party stories would be great.

You can like rent a town hall and have a huge party there that would be really fun !!
