Im from the uk. And we all have our own slang words or buzz words for things. What does making out mean in like american terms or to anyone really! All help greatley appreciated,

Well making out to me means kissing the person you are with using the tongue and staying at that.. not going to sex. to tell you the truth that is what making out is mainly.
